Those that know me are probably thinking "Your already there" right? Well I am not talking about mentally this time...or am I? I am seriously thinking of starting the Beachbody Program Insanity. What is it? Well its max interval training turned upside down really. Instead of working out at a normal pace for a few minutes and then maxing it out for a minute or so I will be working out at max potential for 3 minutes and then resting for 30 seconds. I will be giving it my all and am scared really. Probably not the way to go into a 60 day workout right?
I havent figured out when I am going to start this yet but I am thinking soon. I need to get back into this a.s.a.p before my health gets to where it was before if it isnt already there lol.
I will keep you posted and promise this time...I will post here. I am not going to let this go like I did before.
